Shipping Policy:
We use third party carriers like USPS, UPS, etc. Their policies are binding policies.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and we aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days.
We ask all customers to please provide as much information as possible when checking out. Adding a phone number and an email address is also advisable for drivers to contact you in case they are having trouble. Please note, if you don't receive your delivery due to not being at the delivery address, or you have entered a wrong address, we will not take responsibility for this. If your order is redirected back to us, we can offer a refund when it is back with us.

We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. Duties and taxes if applicable are the customer's responsibility and refunds will NOT be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
